Adam Webb grew up in Lakeland, FL and graduated college from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. After receiving a Major in Business and a Minor in Marketing, Adam joined the ESS Management team in July of 2021 as the Assistant General Manager. At the start of 2022, the title got changed to General Manager with the responsibility of working closely with the day to day operations of Engineered Spray Solutions, LLC. His continued work with the daily production and quality of work has helped push the standard of ESS to provide structural repair lining to municipalities and contractors within the states of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. His mission is to provide an immediate solution to infrastructure repair needs within municipal sewer and industrial wastewater with superior workmanship and quality.
