Who we are

ESS is a Florida-based general contractor with two areas of focus related to Water and Wastewater industry.

Engineered Spray Solutions (ESS) specializes in spray-applied infrastructure rehabilitation and repair linings/coatings. ESS remediates, repairs and rehabilitates deteriorated wastewater, stormwater and chemical containment system physical structures by spray-applying structural restoration coatings and anti-corrosion protective linings.

Structural Restoration

Spraywall, the only proven structural and corrosion lining on the market, is manufactured by Sprayroq Inc., and is the only product we use on the structural remediation side of our business. Spraywall is a self-priming polyurethane lining that reinstates structural integrity, ensures superior corrosion resistance, and provides infiltration control and chemical resistance. It offers the quickest return to service times in the industry, saving you time, energy, and money. A high-build, spray-applied product, Spraywall has successfully restored structural integrity on more than a million physical assets.

Sprayroq products have been used for more than 25 years around the globe, to bring failing physical assets back into operation by restoring their structural and performance integrity, and extending their service life by 40 to 50 years!

Engineered Spray Solutions is the only Sprayroq Certified Partner in the states of Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Our manufacturer certification guarantees the highest level of training and expertise in the application methods and design specification standards of Sprayroq’s performance-leading line of products. We work closely with engineers, contractors, municipalities and facilities maintenance personnel to evaluate, design and implement projects requiring structural and protective lining system application.

Protective Surface Coatings

The markets we serve, especially the wastewater industry, encompass a wide range of mechanical wear and atmospherically corrosive environments that wreak havoc upon the surfaces of physical infrastructure. H2S, the constant friction of moving water, physical impact from solid debris carried in those flows, and other factors all contribute to the physical breakdown of the concrete, metal and other structures serving to collect, contain, treat and distribute these streams.

ESS offers the design and installation of protective coatings—such as high performance acrylics, epoxies and polyurethanes from respected manufacturers including Induron, Carboline and Sprayroq—to shield working surfaces from these relentless agents of destruction.

Both divisions serve the entire states of Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.

At ESS, we align ourselves with forward-thinking, innovative technology partners to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable solutions to our region’s most pressing issues, related to vital water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.
